In terms of tradition, the “H&K” brand stands as a testament to the two hardworking friends and visionaries that joined together in common interest a half-century ago to realize a dream, form a site contracting company and literally make history.

In forming a name for their young company, what finer place to start than the well-known and much-respected family names from where the young, John B. Haines IV and John R. “Jack” Kibblehouse, grew up and would initially start their small business near Worcester, PA.  This said, Haines & Kibblehouse, Inc., or H&K, was formed and both the business and the trusted “H&K” brand would soon grow to become one of the most recognized names in the Mid-Atlantic heavy civil contracting and construction materials marketplace.
